At Bhavya Ramesh Jewelry, we take pride in our handcrafted artistry and want you to cherish your unique pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our concierge team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the jewelry to begin the verification process.

  Quality Assessment

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a return authorization code; please ensure the item is securely packed in its original Bhavya Ramesh signature box.

  Ship Your Return

  Dispatch the package via a trackable courier service to our studio address; please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

  Processing & Refund

  After our artisans inspect the piece for its original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
